Brazilian paper company Klabin said Wednesday that it sold $500 million worth of 10-year sustainable bonds in the international market, pricing the 2031 bonds at par to yield 3.2%.
The company opened the initial price talk in the 3.75% area and set guidance at 3.3%, plus or minus five basis points, before launching the deal at 3.2%, a source involved in the deal said. The bookrunners were Bank of America, Bradesco, Citi, Itaú BBA, JPMorgan and Morgan Stanley.
