Colombian development bank Financiera de Desarrollo Nacional (FDN) said last week that it led COP350 billion ($135 million) in fresh financing for the highway concession Alto Magdalena, or Alma. FDN arranged the new loan to fund maintenance and operations on the 190km toll road, adding to the COP115 billion liquidity line that it granted in September 2016.
