Brazil's state-owned oil company Petrobras said it agreed to open new negotiations with Sete Brasil after the pre-salt oil rig operator said it could not fulfill "certain conditions" in a previous out-of-court settlement intended to help conclude bankruptcy proceedings.
Sete Brasil reached the agreement with Petrobras in March 2018, but it has now requested a new round of talks, the state-owned oil company said in a securities filing late Tuesday.
