Invap, a state-owned technology company in Argentina, said it has taken control of ICHOS, a company building a nuclear research reactor in the Netherlands for an initial €40 million ($48.7 million). The San Carlos de Bariloche-based company acquired the 50% it did not already own in equal amounts from the technology company Croonwolter&dros and construction company Mobilis, both based in the Netherlands, according to a securities filing late on Thursday.
