Brazilian investment bank BTG Pactual said Friday that it raised funds for its digital business with a follow-on equity offering worth BRL2.57 billion ($470 million), according to a securities filing.
BTG sold 27.8 million units, consisting of 27.8 million common shares and 55.6 million preferred shares, for BRL92.52 each, a 0.3% discount on Thursday's closing price of BRL92.82, it said in the filing. The bank's units dropped 0.39% to BRL92.46 on Friday.
