Brazilian bank Banrisul sold $300 million worth of Tier 2 2031 notes in the international market on Thursday, according to a source involved in the deal.
The bank, owned by the Rio Grande do Sul state government, priced the new 10-year non-call five notes at par to yield 5.375%, the source said.
Banrisul opened the deal with initial price talk in the high-5% area and set guidance in the 5.5% area before it launched the bonds at 5.375%, according to the source.
