Guillermo Nielsen said Wednesday that he has submitted his resignation as chairman of YPF after a year in the post, the latest shakeup as Argentina's state-backed energy company tries to come up with the cash to increase oil and natural gas production. In a series of tweets, Nielsen, a former finance minister for the country, made public his decision after speculation rose of his departure on Tuesday.
