IMPSA, a power plant builder in Argentina, said Wednesday that the majority of the holders of its bonds have agreed to a restructuring proposal, a deal that now requires approval from a bankruptcy court.
"The offer was approved by a majority of the creditors," the company based in Godoy Cruz, Mendoza said in a securities filing.
