Colombia priced a two-part bond deal for $2.09 billion on Tuesday, raising money to buy back outstanding notes that mature between 2021 and 2027, said a source involved in the deal.
The sovereign issuer printed $1.3 billion worth of new 2061 bonds and added $790 million to its 3.125% 2031 notes with Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank and JPMorgan as the lead bookrunners, the source said.
The 40-year notes carried a coupon of 3.875% and priced at 97.707 to yield 3.99%, or 210 basis points over US Treas
