Mexican natural gas pipeline operator IEnova plans to take full control of Energía Sierra Juárez, a 50-50 joint venture with Saavi Energía, according to a securities filing on Monday.
The acquisition is subject to regulatory approval from Mexico's anti-trust agency Cofece and US energy regulator FERC, IEnova said in the filing.
Energía Sierra Juárez operates a wind power complex in the city of Tecate in the state of Baja California. The first phase of the project has an installed capacity of 155
