Brazilian investment firms Pátria Investimentos and Vinci Partners recently announced plans to list shares on the Nasdaq exchange in New York to fund acquisitions and other expansion plans.
Pátria said it expects to raise up to $100 million in an initial public offering (IPO) on the Nasdaq, but it did not say how many shares it plans to sell or divulge a target price range.
