The Spanish division of Mexican cement maker Cemex said Monday that it plans to buy the shares it does not own in the Colombian-listed holding company Cemex Latam Holdings in a deal that could be worth COP486 million ($130 million).
Cemex has offered to pay COP3,250 per share for the 150 million outstanding shares in the Bogotá-based business, according to a securities filing.
