Brazil's Banco Inter said it raised capital by BRL1.17 billion ($220 million) after pricing a follow-on offering at BRL62.49 per unit, according to a securities filing on Thursday.
Each unit equals one common share and two preferred shares, putting the price per share at BRL20.83, Banco Inter said in the filing. The bank's shares dropped 3.46% after the announcement to close at BRL21.50 on Friday.
