Itaú Corpbanca Colombia, the Bogotá-based division of Brazilian bank Itaú Unibanco, said Tuesday that it raised COP300 billion ($78 million) in a two-part bond sale in the local market.
The bank priced COP166 billion worth of five-year notes at a fixed rate of 4.83% and issued COP134 billion in three-year notes at 1.28% over the IBR interbank lending rate, it said in a securities filing.
