Banco Nacional de Costa Rica said it has fulfilled a bond buyback by the early deadline and agreed to repurchase the $150 million in 6.25% 2023 notes.
Earlier this month, the bank offered to pay $1,036.25 for every $1,000 in principal that bondholders tendered by September 21. It also put the limit on the buyback at $150 million.
