Banco de Bogotá said it plans to sell COP300 billion ($77.5 million) worth green bonds in a two-part deal in the local market on September 24.
The Bogotá-based lender, part of the local conglomerate Grupo Aval, intends to issue three-year notes with a spread based on the IBR interbank lending rate and five-year notes with a fixed interest rate, it said in a securities filing on Wednesday.
