Colombia's Banco GNB Sudameris said Friday that it plans to issue new notes to refinance its 7.5% 2022 bonds as part of a buyback that expires on September 24.
The Bogotá-based bank is looking to buy all $250 million in outstanding 2022 notes, offering to pay $1,075 for every $1,000 in principal, it said in a statement. Bank of America, Citi and Goldman Sachs are the dealer managers on the offer, it added.
