Arcos Dorados, the Uruguay-based franchiser McDonald's restaurants in Latin America and the Caribbean, said Thursday that it added $150 million to its 5.875% 2027 notes in a private placement, raising money to pay off short-term debt.
The company said in a statement that it priced the tap above par at 102.250 plus "accrued interest from April 4, 2020 in the amount of approximately $26.27 per $1,000 [in] principal... or an aggregate amount of $3.94 million."
