Peru's Consorcio Transmantaro, a subsidiary of Colombia's state-owned holding company Interconexión Eléctrica (ISA), added $200 million to its 4.7% 2024 green bonds on Wednesday in a transaction that was six times oversubscribed, according to a source involved in the deal.
The company priced the tap at 116.473 to yield 3.003%, or 230 basis points over US Treasury notes, the source said.
