Argentina received overwhelming support in an agreement to swap $66 billion in external bonds and pull out of its ninth debt default in history with a view to setting conditions to keep it from happening again, Economy Minister Martín Guzmán said on Monday.
"The offer had massive acceptance," he said in a televised address, accompanied by President Alberto Fernández, Vice President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner and other political leaders.
