Vista Oil & Gas plans to raise $30 million from a two-part deal in the Argentine market by selling new 1.5-year notes in pesos and three-year notes in US dollars, according to a securities filing. The debt sale is part of an $800 million medium-term note program that Vista announced on July 31, the company said in the filing on Monday.
