AES Panama Generation Holdings, a division of the US power company AES Corp, is holding calls with investors until Wednesday to pitch new dollar-denominated notes, looking to raise money to pay off debt, a company spokesperson said in an email to LatinFinance.
AES began making calls on Monday with Citi, JPMorgan and Scotiabank as global coordinators and joint bookrunners for the upcoming transaction. It also named Credit Suisse and Banco General as joint bookrunners, the spokesperson confirmed.
