Buenos Aires province said Monday that it has extended the deadline for an offer to restructure $7.15 billion in foreign-law bonds by another two weeks after failing to get enough acceptance by July 31.
Bondholders now have until August 14 to accept or decline the proposal, which was first launched April 24, the provincial government said in a statement.
The province, Argentina's largest, is asking for a three-year grace period, a 55% reduction in interest payments and a 7% discount on principal
