Brazilian renewable energy company Renova said Friday that it received two debtor-in-possession (DIP) financing offers to fund the completion of the first phase of the Alto Sertão III wind power project.
Renova received the offers from Quadra Gestão de Recursos and a group composed of ARC Capital, G5 Partners and XP Investimentos to build the first part of the 743 MW wind farm.
The company did not disclose the size or the terms of the proposals.
