Brazilian renewable energy company Renova said Friday that it received two debtor-in-possession (DIP) financing offers to fund the completion of the first phase of the Alto Sertão III wind power project. Renova received the offers from Quadra Gestão de Recursos and a group composed of ARC Capital, G5 Partners and XP Investimentos to build the first part of the 743 MW wind farm.
