Colombian state-owned holding company Interconexión Eléctrica (ISA) issued its first green bonds in the local market on Thursday, raising COP300 million ($79.5 million) to finance two power transmission projects.
In a two-part deal that was 2.54 times oversubscribed, ISA priced COP160 billion worth of nine-year bonds at a fixed rate of 6.33% and COP140 billion worth of inflation-linked, 20-year notes at 3.67%, the company said in a statement.
