Shares in Brazilian logistics company JSL jumped on Monday after the company announced it had agreed to buy local trucking company Transmoreno for BRL310 million ($57.4 million).
JSL's shares gained 3.9% to close at BRL30.60 on the B3 stock exchange in São Paulo on Monday.
