Aura Minerals said Thursday that it moved BRL790 million ($148 million) in a share sale after pricing Brazilian depositary receipts near the middle of the target range.
The mining company issued 957,123 Brazilian depositary receipts (BDRs) in the offering, including 331,033 from Aura itself and 626,090 from shareholder Monazita Resources, while a "certain individual shareholder" added 6,430 BDRs to the offering, Aura said in a securities filing.
