The Central America Bottling Corporation (CBC), which distributes PepsiCo's beverages in the region, tapped investors for an additional $200 million on Tuesday, selling additional debt at a premium, according to sources with direct knowledge of the transaction.
The new money for the 2027 issue, which carries a coupon of 5.75%, was sold at a bid price of 104.5, which put the yield at 4.93%.
