Brazil's Grupo Dimed moved BRL1.04 billion ($201 million) in a follow-on offering after pricing 34.6 million shares at BRL30.00 each, according to a securities filing on Thursday.
Dimed raised BRL480 million by issuing 16 million new shares in the offering, while the private equity firm Kinea, Petrobras' pension fund Petros and individual shareholders pocketed BRL557 million from the sale of 18.6 million existing shares, according to the filing.
