Brazilian real estate developer Nortis has filed for an initial public offering (IPO) in the local stock exchange as the list of companies looking to make their market debuts continues to grow.
Nortis plans to issue new shares as part of the IPO,while shareholders Carlos Eduardo Terepins, Fabio Terepins and Daniel Terepins will sell down part of their stakes in the offering, according to a preliminary prospectus filed with Brazil's securities regulator CVM on Tuesday.
