Brazil's state-owned oil company Petrobras has agreed to sell its remaining 10% stake in natural gas pipeline operator Transportadora Associada de Gás (TAG) for BRL1.1 billion ($213 million) to French energy company Engie and Canadian pension plan Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ).
