Three telecommunications companies – Claro, TIM and Vivo – said late Friday that they have presented a joint offer to acquire the mobile phone business of Brazil's Oi.
The three bidders did not reveal the financial terms of the proposal, but they asked to be recognized as the first bidders and requested the option to match any competing offers, according to a securities filing.
