The Central America Bottling Corporation (CBC) started calls with investors on Monday as it prepared to add $200 million to its 5.75% 2027 bonds this week, a source involved in the deal told LatinFinance. CBC hired Citi and JPMorgan as the global coordinators and Scotiabank as a passive bookrunner on the tap, the source said, following an offer the company made last week to pay $55 million to holders of its 2027 bonds and $25 million to holders of the 8% 2029 notes from its Peruvian subsidiary,
