BV, a banking joint venture between Banco do Brasil and Votorantim Finanças, has hired banks to arrange calls with investors to present a possible dollar-denominated bond sale in the cross-border market, a spokesperson for the bank said on Monday. BV could issue a single series of notes or carry out a two-part deal with three- and five-year notes, coordinated by Banco do Brasil, Bank of America, Bradesco, Goldman Sachs, Itaú BBA, JPMorgan and Banco Safra, a member of the bank's investor relation
