Pan American Energy, the second-biggest oil producer in Argentina, said Wednesday that it raised $120 million in an auction for three series of bonds that nearly maxed out the offer.
The company, a joint venture of BP and Argentina's Bridas, said it sold ARS3 billion ($42.1 million) in a one-year, peso-denominated note, twice the minimum amount on offer, as bids came in for ARS4.9 billion, according to a securities filing.
