Mexico's Fibra Uno tapped its 4.869% 2030 and 6.39% 2050 notes for $650 million on Wednesday after orderbooks reached a peak of $2 billion, according to sources involved in the deal.
The Mexico City-based real estate investment trust, or REIT, priced an additional $325 million in 2030 notes at 99.392 to yield 4.95% and $275 million in 2050 notes at 101.862 to yield 6.25%, sources said.
