Brazilian petrochemical company Braskem has hired investment banks to lead the sale of new long-term bonds in US dollars, sources involved in the deal told LatinFinance.
The São Paulo-based company has named BNP Paribas, Morgan Stanley and Santander as global coordinators and joint bookrunners and also retained Itaú BBA, SMBC and Standard Chartered as joint bookrunners, the source said.
