Brazilian water and sanitation company Iguá Saneamento has appointed Carlos Brandão as the new CEO after the former head stepped down from the post after three years. Brandão was managing director at Iguá Saneamento’s controlling shareholder IG4 Capital and was previously Chief Financial Officer of telecoms company Oi, where he assisted on M&A matters, new business development and the recent restructuring of the company following its bankruptcy, according to a filing from Iguá.
