Peruvian lender Interbank issued $300 million worth of 10-year non-call five notes on Tuesday in a bond sale that was 2.5 times oversubscribed, a source involved in the deal told LatinFinance.
Working with Bank of America and JPMorgan as lead bookrunners, Interbank priced the new 2030 bonds at par to yield 4%, the source said.
The Peruvian lender started with initial price talk in the 4.375% area. It then put guidance at 4.125% and launched the deal at 4%, according to the source.
