Brazil's BTG Pactual said it raised BRL2.65 billion ($486 million) for its digital retail division by selling shares in a follow-on offering on the B3 stock exchange in São Paulo.
The bank priced 35.6 million units at BRL74.40 each in a deal coordinated by BTG Pactual itself alongside Bradesco BBI, Itaú BBA and Santander, according to a securities filing from Monday night.
