Argentine food processing company Arcor said is plans to sell up to ARS2.5 billion ($35.5 million) in 15-month, peso-denominated bonds on Thursday, bucking a trend of corporate issuers printing dollar-linked notes.
The Arroyito, Córdoba-based company, one of the world's largest producers of hard candies, said it will begin the offer at ARS500 million and increase it based on demand. The bonds will pay Badlar, a local reference rate, plus a margin to be determined as part of the bidding process,
