Chile's Salmones Austral said on Thursday that it has signed a deal with three banks to take out a $40 million loan, funds that it will use for investment as it prepares to go public.
The loan will be provided in equal parts by a syndicate of the three banks led by Norway's DNB with the Netherlands' Rabobank and Chile's Banco Bci, the company said in a statement.
The loan will complement a $20 million revolving credit line that Salmones Austral has with the three banks, allowing it to carry out
