Canadian mining company Sigma Lithium said Monday that it signed a $45 million syndicated loan from French bank Société Générale to finance a lithium project in Brazil.
The five-year loan starts at 500 basis points over Libor, but the spread falls to 450 basis points after construction is completed, Sigma said in a press release.
