Telecommunications operator Liberty Latin America sold $1.15 billion worth of notes in a two-part deal, sources involved in the transaction told LatinFinance on Friday.   Two Liberty subsidiaries operating telecommunications services in Chile, VTR Comunicaciones and VTR Finance, were the issuers in the deal.   VTR Comunicaciones priced $600 million worth of 7.5-year non-call three year notes at par to yield 5.125%, or 454 basis points over US Treasury notes, while VTR Finance priced $550 million
