Eneva sets up sale of 10-year notes

Brazilian power company Eneva said it plans to issue up to BRL650 million ($121 million) in 10-year debentures in the local market, raising money to refinance debt from natural gas fields in the northeast. Eneva expects to price the new notes at the IPCA consumer price index plus 2% or a fixed rate of 5.5%, whichever is higher, the company said in a securities filing on Wednesday.
