Bogotá's city-owned energy company Grupo Energía Bogotá (GEB) could offer up to COP950 billion ($255 million) in its next bond sale in the local market, according to a securities filing on Wednesday. GEB plans to raise at least COP800 billion from a three-part deal on the BVC stock exchange, but it could increase the size of the offering by COP150 billion to meet demand, it said in the filing.
