Cálamo, the holding company for Brazilian cosmetics retailer Grupo Boticário, issued BRL1 billion ($186 million) in debentures in the local market last week, according to the capital markets association Anbima. Led by Bradesco BBI, Cálamo priced the one-year notes at the DI interbank lending rate plus 2.95%, according to Anbima.
