YPF Luz, the power division of Argentina's state-backed energy company YPF, said its board of directors has approved plans to sell up to $50 million in bonds, a latest energy company to take a shot at raising funds in a liquid market. The issue will come out of a global bond program for up to $1.5 billion, the company said in a securities filing. YPF Luz, one of the largest power generators in Argentina, did not say when it could go to the market or provide any details on the proposed issue. In
