Teyma, an Uruguayan unit of Spanish developer Abengoa, and Goddard Catering Group (GCG) have reached agreements to sell the Punta de Rieles prison to Andean Social Infrastructure Fund I, a private equity infrastructure fund from UK-based Aberdeen Standard Investments. Unidad Punta de Rieles, the consortium that owns the penitentiary on the outskirts of Montevideo, said that Teyma will sell its 85% stake in the company, while Goddard is to sell its 15%, according to separate filings with the Urug
