Tereos Açúcar e Energia, a sugar and ethanol producer in Brazil owned by the French agricultural cooperative Tereos, signed a five-year loan for $105 million to finance exports and refinance debt due this year. ING and Natixis were the joint bookrunners and mandated lead arrangers, while BNP Paribas, CIC, Citibank, Commerzbank and Rabobank also participated in the loan, Tereos said in a press release on Monday.
